He is the mastermind when it comes to planning, building and operating the storm probe, along with being the designated driver when chasing. Eli Mares Lead Software Engineer Eli Mares is the person behind the code of the entire team. He manages the websites, the software on the probe, and is the radar anaylst when chasing out on the field.
